( Economics),LLB.( Labor Law & Taxation ) WTM from IIMM, GDMM & PGDMM from IIMM, MBA ,Lead Assessor for ISO 9001:2000 from RINA Egypt. , Research Fellowship/(Doctorate) (Ph.D.) in ERP –System . Having total 42 years rich experience in the field of Overall management as Business head / CEO/COO/ED/MD for Automobiles, Steel, Cement, Power & Construction Industries. He has worked with market leaders at India viz. Jaiprakash Associates (JAYPEE-Cement), JSW Steel (Jindal Group) , Birla group, Lanco Power Ltd also Aboard Steel Companies at senior / Top management roles. Dr Singh is a man of huge Mission & vision who mentors & guides the team and making efforts to convert the companies’ dreams to become a reality.

Dr P K Singh is M Sc, Ph.D. (Chemistry) from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Worked in Public and Private sector at various positions over 40 years of Cement Industries. Subsequently joined Engineering University as Professor and superannuated from the position of Dean (Academics & Research) recently. He is very matured and seasoned person having very vast experience & knowledge. He is working with our PKLS Group as Director & CEO . Taking care, the entire functions of Renewal Energy & Waste to Energy.

Er. M E Pawar is a Graduate Engineer having over 24 years of vast experience, Techno-commercially sound and very dynamic persons. He was with JSW group on senior positions at different plants of Steel, Power, Cement and at corporate office too . He was responsible of planning and execution of multiple projects. He is with us as Director since last 4 years, heading our team & taking leadership on strategy part for bigger projects. He is strategically planning & driving our group to take it up in better shape in close consultant with our Mentor & Promoters

He is a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) having over 35 years’ experience in companies engaged in production of soaps, detergents, cooking oil, white goods, wheat flour, steel D bars, chemicals, glass, sugar, alcohol, paper and power from natural gas. He has looked after finance and accounts function from planning stage till start of commercial operations and thereafter for many projects. He will lead the team for accounts, finance, commercial and compliance functions of the group company.

Mr Tushar Khadelwal is Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant, LLB, B-COM. He is working as Partner in Khandelwal Accounting Solutions Pratapgarh (UP) and Providing Tax Consultancy since 2016 on words. He is our manager – (Finance & Accounts) with our group since last 4 Years, taking care all our Finance and Accounting including, statutory compliance and recommending promoters on the legal & statutory matters.

Er Ajay Kumar Singh, Graduate Engineer + MBA a dynamic person having 14 years’ industrial experience of Cement and Steel sector at India and abroad too. He is whole time Director and working as Executive Director to take care day to day operational issues and Planning for future strategy to make it better shape of entire operations our group companies.
